Board of Directors
The West Valley Water District Board of Directors consists of five members within the community who are elected by Division. Each Director serves a term of four years, with terms overlapping. The Board of Directors develops the policies that govern the District. The District General Manager is appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee the day-to-day operations of the District.
President Greg Young, Division 5
President Greg Young joined the West Valley Water District Board of Directors in December 2015. He represents Division 5 that includes the communities of Bloomington, Rialto, and portions of unincorporated San Bernardino County
Vice President Dan Jenkins, Division 2
Vice President Dan Jenkins joined the West Valley Water District Board of Directors in July 2022. He represents Division 2, which includes the Cities of Rialto and Bloomington, as well as unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County.
Director Angela Garcia, Division 1
Director Angela Garcia joined the West Valley Water District Board of Directors in January 2022. She represents Division1 that includes the communities of Fontana, Bloomington, as well as portions of unincorporated San Bernardino County and Jurupa Valley in Riverside County.
Director Kelvin Moore, Division 3
Director Kelvin Moore joined West Valley Water District Board in February 2022. He represents Division 3 that includes the community of Rialto.
Director Channing Hawkins, Division 4
Director Channing Hawkins joined West Valley Water District in December 2019. He represents the Cities of Rialto, Colton, and portions of unincorporated San Bernardino County.
